Corrupted Recordings - Chris Chambers
Chris Chambers is charismatic dj/producer from Croatia born in August 1987, He got in touch with electronic music around 2000 and was influenced by djs like Umek,Dave Clarke,Marco Bailey,Cave and producers like Kanzyani,Boriqua Tribez,Tomaz&Filterheadz,Hertz.
He started with learning about djing, producing, hardware and software and shows a major determination to become one. He was working on all possible production ways like bootleging, editing, sampling and original tracks. His amateur work contains over than 40 tracks that never got released and never will be as Chris decided to create a line between his amateur and proffesional work.
All along to beginings of 2009 when he hits the world of techno with his first track "Hibrid" Tribalmania EP released on Reldz recordings. In 2008 - 2009 also started with professional education of music production on EMI Music Institute and finishes it in top of his class. Because this education "Chris Chambers - Groove Osijek " gains major support from Pedro Delgardo and got played live on Monegros by dj Du'Art.
Not so long after that he signs his tracks all over to the top labels including legendary Adult and Patterns and gain support from Cristian Varela, Pedro Delgardo, Preach, Boriqua Tribez, Kobbe and others. His edits on Umek, Marco Bailey, Markantonio gets real attention from techno fans as he also gives them for free download edition.
At the beginning of 2011 Chris is starting his own label called Phunkation includeing its Phunkation radio sessions. Alltrough this years of techno music, the changes and influence, Chris is the one thats allways keeping it old school. In August 2011 comes his biggest work yet "Digi Killed My Vinyl" EP on Adult records and his first full EP, including 4 old school tracks from funky, hardgroove to tribal techno that shows his versality.
2011 will be remembered in Chris life as most productive year so far.
