Electro, House, Trance & Techno Releases: Corrupted Recordings. Amp Attack
Midlands based music producer and DJ Michael Franklin has always had a passion for music and Hard House in particular for nearly a decade. At the age of 26 Michael has been influenced over that time by labels such as Tripoli, Tidy and Toolbox.
Michael started off producing in 2005 and began working closely with best friend and music producer Neil Jackson, who always had a love for the groovier aspect of Hard House and had been influenced heavily by the early sound of Trade and Tripoli.
In 2006 they formed and produced music as Amp Attack and over a 2 year period made over 20 tracks together as well as starting their own club night, Disturbance, and more recently Movin' House.
Since that time both have played at various nights across the country including Storm, X-Static, Polysexual, A+E, Hazard, Breed and Smashed, playing a mix of tough and chunky house music.
As always their style is strongly influenced by the original sound of the early 90s and their musical intentions base around keeping the basic roots of Hard House in existence.
Michael has now been producing for over 4 years and with tracks released and due to be released on Tidy, Deprived Of Funk, Toolbox, Slave 7, Corrupted, Unity and Deprivation AmpAttack material has gained support from the likes of Paul Janes, Andy Farley and Paul Maddox to name but a few!
